Selank is a synthetic heptapeptide with the amino-acid sequence Thr-Lys-Pro-Arg-Pro-Gly-Pro.

Its structure contains the short Thr-Lys-Pro-Arg fragment associated with tuftsin-related research, extended at the C-terminus by Pro-Gly-Pro.
